I bought one of these off of eBay and the guy scammed me saying that it ran and it didn’t so we converted it into a dummy and I’m getting my powered train really soon by the way I love your work❤❤❤
Oh thank you I really appreciate it means a lot to me I do several repairs on rebuilding other locomotives and it's just crazy I hate when things happen like that I've done that a couple times buying engines like that and I just take a gamble out and just go for it 10 times it's best to be Parts as parts

This Steam locomotive looks brand new. You did a good job restoring it. 👍✅
@@HaroldAlexis-bb8sd trust me it was a lot of work to get the engine running really good too there was a lot of zinc wrote inside of the locomotive and it was bad it's kind of like a different type of metal to use for the weight and it was falling apart it took me a total of 4 days and a total of 5 hours
Doesn’t make sounds
The locomotive doesn't really make sound it's just a DC engine but putting the music to it sounds really good
I have the o gauge version but the stupid seller said it was new in box and hadn't been used ever which was wrong and I went back to Galesburg il train show the next day and he had jumped town Saturday so no power supply for the tv no receiver box for the train 😑

I have this exact loco, and I recently took it apart to clean the commutator. The long screw and the shorter one are used to hold the body to the chassis, the shiny washer thing im not sure what It does, and the electrical component thing needs to be soldered on the front part of the motor where the conducting copper ends and extends down to the wheels. As for how the motor is mounted into the chassis, I believe you're missing a copper screw thing that's on mine.
